Truck took three weeks to repair. Service guy said they had to hand build the driveshaft. I don’t think that’s true but could be. The total they gave me was $3700+. When insurance got involved it went down to $3250. Weird they can’t screw them over but they can you. When I picked it up they hadn’t even run through the wash. The only communication was when I called to check on it. This place isn’t customer focused but I bet they’ll sell you a car quick. Service was terrible. Cannot recommend

Took my 14 Escape in for transmission recall, they said they did the door switch recall and it didn't need transmission recall. No proof of any work being completed which does not surprise me I was only there 15 min. Seems like it would have taken longer to actually check it out. They did say I could make an appointment in another week to drop it off and then they could check it out. Not going back!

No reason in purchasing the warranty, since you will never get the service techs to fix anything. Save your money or shop elsewhere.

Back in shop for 2018 Escape 2nd visit since picking it up March 2, 2022 for transmission issues that started around 10,000 miles. Kept vehicle from Jan 17, 2022 til March 2, 2022 rebuilt transmission and still not right. I have asked for them to put a new transmission in and was told that was warranties decision not theirs or mine. Ok well have multiple recordings of noise that is being refused repair. I do not recommend doing business with this department. Also no ideal when they will look at my vehicle or when I will get my only transportation back, mechanic behind a week.

Service Dept and mechanics ignored complaints about 2018 Escape and won't give a straight response to questions or request. My Escape has been in shop since 01/17/22 because the other 6 times took vehicle in the treated me as if I wasn't hearing what I heard. Now a month and still don't know when the transmission and cv axels will be replaced (under warranty) and I will have my only vehicle fixed. I explained to them I'm disabled and this was my only way around. They put me in a loaner but didn't explain the operation of vehicle ...

First I tried to make an appt and the service Dept never answered the phone or call me back so I downloaded the Lincoln appt and did it online. I dropped my car off the night before for a 7:45 am appt. I told them the diagnostic code snd what needed to be done. I did not hear from them the next morning and called 6 times service never answered. Then I got a voice message to call them at noon. Same thing no answer finally 2 hours later after multiple attempts I got to talk to someone who told me what needed ...

Last week we purchased a used vehicle from Riser Ford. Although we were told the vehicle has been fully serviced within the first week we had to replace brakes, get a new battery and have an oil change.

I have a F150 truck with 25,000 miles that leaks oil. It's now in the shop for the 4th time, they say the cannot find the problem.

The service center has not answered the phone for 2 days and have not returned my phone messages. Every time I’ve called it has gone to messaging and I have left messages but haven’t received any returned calls yet

The service writers are on commission- book an appointment even if it can't get in the shop the day of your appointment. Not one ASE Master Tech listed-bunch of recent students that will work by the hour cheap-A seasoned mechanic works flat rate and gets the job done ASAP-The kids back in the shop will learn as they go-Pay off Snap-On or Matco whatever and write your own ticket- Get out of the dealership and find a decent independent shop!!

Rude salesmen kept changing the channels of TV in waiting lounge. Elderly couple complained. Not surprising that these "salesmen" weren't busy selling...LOL. will not come back here

First thought when it's time to car shop. Go when the Dealer-ship is closed. I've always been a Ford Truck person. When looking for my new truck and features I wanted, Don Pullen was there with all the right answers and suggestions. Has my vote when buying a new truck and Salesman by my side. Riser has several selections to chose from. Go check them out.

Took a used Explorer I just purchased to Riser to be serviced and inspected. Asked for a new key to be coded and to check a coolant leak. The vehicle was serviced, rear shocks replaced, two front links replaced, and the transmission flushed. The bill was over $1800. I was charged $220 for a pressure test of the cooling system , $68 for an upper radiator hose, and $128 to flush and fill the cooling system. Drove the vehicle about 50 miles , checked the cooling system and the radiator istsel was almost empty. Added coolant, took it back to Riser, and was told the thermostat housing ...

It was a plesant surprise doind business at riser. My sales person was very honest and straightforward with my trade in and best price on my new truck. I normally spend several hours/days in negotiations, so it was great to come in and get right where i expected to be.

I went for an oil change and found the service was pretty good. The waiting area was very nice, clean and noisy. There was a very nice big screen television that was on, along with rather loud music playing in the showroom which made being able to read or do anything else rather difficult as well as distracting. After, listening to me, he reassured me that everything was going to be ok. Said it would take about an hour and quoted a cost for the job to be done. Right on both counts. It is nice to be told the approximate time the service will take so you can make plans.

Went in for a brake inspection. They checked the battery, and tires, as well. Everything was fine, in a short time. Will go back for any other service requirements.

Thx for being open Saturday morning. I was on my way out of town when my low tire pressure came on. A friend suggested I take it to the dealership to get my tires checked. Sure enough a tire was split and could not be fixed. I was able to buy new tires and have a safe and hassle free vacation. Thx to those of you who work on Saturday

Everyone from our salesperson, Lisa, to the sales manager to the finance staff was great. They never seemed bothered that we took a lot of time deciding on our purchase. They worked hard to make the deal we needed and seemed genuinely pleased for us, rather than just being glad to make a sale. Every aspect was wonderful.

Competent servicing in a timely manner. The waiting area at Riser Ford makes the wait not boring makes the customer relax, what with the coffee bar and comfortable seating.

Stopped in to have my 2010 Mercury Mariner's oil changed and tires rotated. Aaron greeted me and we had a few minutes of conversation regarding the service I was requesting. He did everything with the paperwork, I just went to the showroom and had a cup of coffee and did my emails. After a quite short time, Aaron returned to the showroom and got me, the servicing was complete. My whole experience at Riser Ford lasted approximately 35 minutes.

I was immediately greeted with a smile, courteous, and professionally when I arrived and throughout my visit. A young lady came over and asked if I needed anything and to let her know although I can't remember her name (she was tall, thin, and had long dark hair). I had a short wait and was able to get some other things done without waiting on my car all day this was a very welcomed surprise. I would and have recommended Rise Ford whenever the opportunity arises.

Riser Ford has always given me good service at a reasonable price. I will keep using them as long as I own a Ford car.

I don't give anyone excellent. I have nothing else to say in that regard. You can report to Ford, that the inconvenience of having to rotate and or balance the tires every 5,000 to keep them from "cupping", will require that when I purchase another auto, it will not have this inbred problem. As I own 2 of the Taurus models, 2008 and 2012, I pick the '08 the best one. Noting (1-ease of entry, (2- back seat foot room, (3- better vision front and rear, (-4 more storage top of dash and console, (5- cup holders that actually function vs the '12 ...

I had to bring my husband along but he has dementia so I wanted to be there as short a time as possible. Called Aaron and he told me to call him back at 12:30. Did so and he said come on in - he is extremely helpful all of the time and very patient with a 77 year old woman! I bet a lot of people don't do this survey as it is difficult. If you don't answer one part of it, you have to refill in lots and it gets old quickly!

service was great but the mechanic left oily fingerprints on the drivers side door. nothing major but it doesn't speak well for the mechanic.

Very good service from Dan Henderson. He was quick and efficient. He made it easy. Was very helpful after the purchase to show us the feature of the car and how they work.

The only problem I had was that this was a free first oil change and they tried to charge me. That was quickly corrected and no charge occurred.
